  2. Spicey Pork Wontons!!

    2 lbs. ground pork
1 large packet of wonton wrappers/skins

I'm not exactly sure on the portions here, just mix together what you would like!

    chopped green onions
    chopped white onion
    chopped garlic
    hot asian chili sauce
    finely chopped carrots

    Directions
    1. Mix all the ingredients (except for the wonton wrappers) into a bowl by hand until the vegtables are well infused into the ground pork

    2. Take about a half tablespoon of the ground mixture and place in the middle of a won ton wrapper. Bring all four corners of the wrapper together and pinch them so they stick together

    3. While you are preparing the wontons heat canola oil in a sauce pan about three inches deep on high

    4. Place the raw wontons in the oil and fry til golden brown and drain on a paper towel when done

Just a tip: After you cook every batch cut one wonton open to ensure the ground pork is completely cooked. If the skin is getting golden brown before the meat is cooking then turn the tempature down.

The meat should be flavorful enough to eat these wontons without sauce but if you're a sauce person use sweet and sourfor dipping.
    Enjoy!

Another Tip: If you have extra meat you can make mini hamburger patties and have bbq wonton sliders on hawaiin rolls with cheddar cheese and they are bomb digity!!
