  4. Nice Scott... go Bacon!!!

NON-FAT GREEK YOGURT WONDERFULNESS (WITH BEE POLLEN)!!

Decide measurements on your own discretion:

    non-fat greek yogurt
fresh berries - blueberries, strawberries, rasberries
    honey

optional - granola BEE POLLEN!! (found at Whole Foods)

    BEE POLLEN BENEFITS:

Bee pollen is sometimes called 'the perfect food'. Bee pollen benefits stem from the fact Purest Organic Bee Pollen On The Planet Not Just Any Bee Pollen! that it contains more than 96 different nutrients, including every single nutrient that is needed to sustain human life. It is made up of 40% protein, nearly all of it usable by the body without any further breakdown or metabolism.

t's been suggested - and accepted by most doctors and nutritionists - that 35 grams of bee pollen daily contains all the nutrients needed by the human body to sustain life. Because bee pollen contains EVERY KNOWN NUTRIENT that your body needs, it's a highly recommended health supplement to "fill in the cracks" when your diet sometimes falls short of ideal. In fact, bee pollen supplements are often used to bolster nutrition in famine-stricken areas.

AND I WAS REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THE BEES AND HOW THEY HARVEST IT... BUT THEY DON'T KILL THE LITTLE BEES AND PLICK THE POLLEN OFF THEIR LEGS WITH TWEEZERS... THANK GOD!!

The usual bottom entrance is closed off. This forces the worker bees to enter and exit the hive via the pollen trap entrance. When the worker bees bring back some pollen to feed the brood, for storage and for the queen, they enter the pollen trap and as they make their way down to the Brood Box, SOME pollen drops from their legs into the drawer of the pollen trap.

  5. Bacon & Cheddar waffles

    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp melted butter or margarine
2 cup Bisquick (or other) baking mix
6 cooked and crumbled bacon strips
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In a medium bowl, beat egg then add milk, sour cream, and butter/margarine. Stir in Bisquick and mix well. Fold in crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. Spoon batter onto a hot waffle iron, close waffle iron, and cook until golden brown. For extra cheesy, crispy touch, once it's almost cooked (not sticking to iron anymore)sprinkle a little shredded cheese on top and close waffle iron for another 30 sec.
